Sports Illustrated’s Tom Bowlesy is a Donkey

Published: July 19th, 2008

i’ll admit i’m somewhat biased, what with my handle being citizien busch and all, but the decision by sports illustrated wrascar writer tom bowlesy to name jeff burton as the top driver for the first half of the racing season is just about the dumbest thing i’ve ever read.

citing burton’s “unprecedented” stretch seventeen top 15 finishes….THAT’S TOP FIFTEEN…..(roughly the top one third of the racing field)……and his brief appearance atop the points leader board…..IN APRIL……bowlesy obviously believes that consistent mediocrity is a better measurement than kyle busch’s, leader of la revolucion, seven victories….in just the SPRINT series alone!!!!

a paragraph later, bowlesy cites busch’s TWELVE top FIVE finishes and seven victories that busch is a “hard charger”.

citizens….this may be the most ridiculous piece of writing i’ve ever seen.  and you must read it.  and you must write to this man.  and you must tell him that citizen busch at flatusyahu.com wishes to leg wrestle him into a humiliating submission.

and most of all, you must demand a retraction.

Viva La Revolucion! The Rowdy Revolution Rolls On!

Published: July 15th, 2008

must have been an interesting week at the dupes household. the leader of la revolucion, kyle busch, won two more races….bringing his 2008 total to an astounding 14 wins through the second week of july. unprecedented is what i believe i heard joe gibbs call that. even more unprecedented is that he got more applause than boos after both wins…..startling AND delighting the CHOSEN ONE.

just days earlier, joe gibbs gracefully let tony stewart step into the abyss of team ownership, releasing him from his contract so that he could become another kyle petty: a dude with a famous name and a slow race car. that HAS to hurt missus dupes to see her favorite driver make such a big mistake.

and just a few days before that, dale earnhardt jr. was fired by one of his sponsors. let THAT sink in for a moment. dale earnhardt jr, the leader of the withering RED ARMY, was fired by a sponsor. the US NAVY has decided not to sponsor earnhardt jr’s nationwide team despite brad kesolowski being one of the top young drivers in the game. you reckon the navy reached its quota of rednecks and doesn’t need JR’s kind anymore? who knows. but the wheels sure are falling off that legend.

elsewhere, we wonder if clint bowyer and carl edwards regret signing renewals now that a spot is opening up at gibbs? oops. a spot isn’t opening up at gibbs. joey legano is steppin’ right into smoke’s #20……and the beat goes on. busch/legano will be the new gordon/johnson of the next decade. take it to the bank.

y’all come back now, ya’ hear?

This Has to be Getting Boring for Kyle Busch H8ters

Published: July 6th, 2008

kyle busch, leader of la revolucion, won ANOTHER race, this time the Coke Zero 400, a thriller featuring extra laps, a last lap pile up and a neck and neck finish.

busch, the world’s best stock car driver and the man you dale earnhardt jr sycophants (it really is a word, rednecks, lookerup) love to hate, overcame beaucoup problems with his car to nip carl “the carl” edwards when the field was frozen during a final lap caution.

dale earnhardt, jr….as is his tradition, finished in the top ten….good enough for the TV types to mention his name….not good enough to be a factor.  let’s face it….despite hendrick throwing ALL KINDS of money on making junior a winner….it’s just not happening.  listen to junior whine about how wimpy mark martin is for not giving him a hand at the end of the race. wahhhhhhh!

read about the race at si.com.

Citizens Around Globe Celebrate Busch Win

Published: June 23rd, 2008

we have a habit of letting the record of the leader of La Revolucion, Citizen Busch, speak for itself…so when dupes launched an all out congratupalooza for dale earnhardt jr last week….we just sat back quietly.

you’ll remember that jr. had not won a race of any kind since the sack race at his fourth grade field day in the early nineties (and even that was a restrictor plate race) before he finally took the checkered flag last week while the rest of the field was gassing up and hitting the pottie. congrats on that win, jr.

yes…it’s true that it’s been almost a month since kyle busch had won a sprint car race. almost a month. goddamn, that’s 1/24th the losing streak that jr. had.

but we digress.

good racing fans all over the globe (including the ones pictured above in moscow) took to the streets tonight to celebrate Citizen Busch’s FIFTH win THIS SEASON at sonoma. if you’re keeping score, Rowdy has now won races on all kinds of surfaces, all kinds of track configurations, against all kinds of moe’s. most often, he has been seen kicking jr.’s ass all over the asphalt.

if dale earnhardt (god rest his blessed soul) was the intimidator….then busch is the dominateor. book it danno.

Humpy Wheeler Compares Kyle Busch to Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Published: May 21st, 2008

Legendary race executive Humpy Wheeler, President and General Manager of Lowes Motor Speedway, resigned today after a distuingished career as a pioneer in motorsports promotion.

In making the announcement…..Wheeler took the time to compare the leader of La Revolucion, Kyle Bush with the former leader of the free world, Dale Earnhardt Sr:

“The biggest thing that worries me about racing in the future is we don’t get the great race drivers,” Wheeler said. “That we leave out the next Kyle Busch or the next Dale Earnhardt Sr. because a guy can’t afford to race and gets stuck in the cornfields of Iowa.”

You can read the rest of the story here.

Citizen Busch notes that Wheeler made no mention of Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Viva la Revolucion!!!

Published: May 12th, 2008

Dude….it is SO on!

Kyle Busch’s win at Saturday night’s Dodge Challenger 500 at Darlington officially signaled the beginning of The Rowdy Revolution.

If Dale Earnhardt Jr. WAS the King, then hell…..the King is dead.  Love him or hate him (and it seems that most of you are MOSDEF haters)….it is impossible not to recognize that Citizen Busch is the new most exciting name in the sport.

A week after playing bump and run with Steve Wallace and spinning Junior out of a potential victory….Busch rode Darlington like it’s never been run before.  The right side of his car mutilated with telltale Darlington Stripes (gashes in the side of the car), Busch proved that the wall could be used to maintain control while going at very high speeds.

(we’ve proven this point many, many times while playing EA Sports Nascar 08)

Fox broadcaster Darrell Waltrip continually stated early in the race that there was no way Busch’s car would hold up to the pounding Rowdy was dishing out.

Guess what, Darrell:  BOOGETY BOOGETY BOOGETY!

Busch now holds a 79 point Sprint Cup lead over second place Jeff Burton and is for more reasons than one is THE driver everyone is talking about.

“I wanted to beat him real bad,” said second place finisher, Carl Edwards, who gained three spots to seventh in the points standings. “Now we’re tied for most wins.”

But you’re not even close to Citizen Busch in CAJONES, Carlos.

“I can’t tell you how many times he (Busch) tried to give the race away by hitting the wall,” third place Jeff Gordon said. “You wouldn’t believe how torn up the right side of his car was.”

But he DIDN’T give the race away, Gordo, he took it and stuffed it in his back pocket.

That frustration you hear from the Hendrick Motorsports camp is probably fueled by the realization that they let the sports new rockstar (CitizenBusch) walk so they could hire the old one (Earnhardt).  While hindsight is five-oh/five-oh…..Hendrick have to be kicking themselves for keeping Casey Mears and letting Busch walk to Joe Gibbs’ garage.

Then again, it’s hard to imagine the Midget Mafia (Gordon and Jimmie Johnson) allowing Busch’s ego the space it needs to fulfill his destiny as potentially one of history’s greatest racers.

So what of Junior?  He’s still the major domo with the racing sponsors and is one of Nascar’s most accomplished and pitchman.  But he’s become the Phil Mickelson to Busch’s Tiger Woods.  Like Mickelson, Earnhardt will still get his wins and compete for championships…but the energy has shifted to Rowdy and everyone in the building knows it.

It’s ironic that Earnhardt has Mountain Dew’s AMP drink on his hood.  What better pitchman for a crazy soft drink than a Rowdy race savant?

Junior better not get too comfortable in those Levis.  There’s a new sheriff in town….and he’s Citizen Busch.

Stay tuned to flatusyahu for in depth Citizen Busch coverage.

la Revolucion esta en fuego!

Kyle Busch Named Flatusyahu Driver of the Century

Published: May 5th, 2008

Yeah, we know it’s a little early in the century to make this call….but Kyle Busch is the best thing to happen to NASCAR since #3 himself started kicking asses and taking names.

Busch is not only the most exciting….and quite possible the BEST driver in the world today…..but he’s MOSDEF the BADDEST MUTHAFUCKA on four highly-maligned Goodyear brand tires.

“I don’t care….I’ll wreck as many cars as I have to”, said Busch after giving Steve Wallace the high hard one at the Lipton at Richmond on Friday night.

It’s time to jump on the #18 bandwagon….there’s a new sheriff in town…..and his name is ROWDY BUSCH!!!!!

See Busch and Junior tangle:

See Busch and Steve Wallace tangle the night before:

This shit is good!
